Data Processing Agreement

1. Introduction

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is a summary of typical processing terms between ONEXURand customers. For a signed agreement or detailed terms, please contact us.

2. Definitions

  • "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
  • "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data
  • "Data Controller" means the Customer
  • "Data Processor" means ONEXUR

3. Scope of Processing

ONEXUR will process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer, including with regard to transfers of personal data to a third country, unless required by law.

4. Security Measures

ONEXUR implements appropriate technical and organizational measures which may include:

  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Monitoring and logging
  • Incident response and breach notification procedures
  • Employee training on data protection

5. Sub-processors

The Customer authorizes ONEXUR to engage sub-processors. We maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors and will notify the Customer of any intended changes.

6. Data Subject Rights

ONEXUR will assist the Customer in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.
